Delivery Area
We deliver to West Malaysia only. We currently do not deliver to East Malaysia or any overseas destinations.
Orders are dispatched from Yong Peng, Johor, Malaysia.
Minimum Order and Shipping Fees
The minimum product order amount is RM15, excluding shipping.
- Product orders below RM50: RM8 shipping.
- Product orders of RM50 or more: Free shipping.
The minimum product order amount is calculated after discounts.
The final amount payable will be confirmed with you before payment.
Order Preparation and Dispatch
Unless a different dispatch date is clearly stated before purchase, orders are scheduled to ship 1–3 days after payment is confirmed.
“Dispatch” means handing the parcel to the courier. It does not mean that the products will arrive within 3 days.
Delivery Times and Delays
Delivery time depends on your delivery address and the courier’s arrangements. We will provide estimated delivery times and tracking information when available.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will help investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Recipient Details
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully. Contact us immediately if changes are needed.
If redelivery is required because of incorrect recipient details or a failed delivery, we will explain and confirm any additional charges with you before making arrangements.
Pickup by Appointment
Enjoy RM2 off each item when you choose pickup, with no delivery fee.

Please arrange a pickup time through WhatsApp in advance and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. This is a pickup location by appointment, not a Zuperli retail store open for walk-in shopping.
Damaged Parcels
Please record a complete unboxing video and retain the packaging. If a product arrives damaged, contact us and refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
