Product Information

We sell toys and handmade products, including crunchy squishies, slime, miniature toys and handmade balls.

Please read each product’s description, age guidance and care instructions before ordering. Handmade products may have minor differences in colour, shape and surface details.

Our products are not food and must not be eaten.

Age and Safe Use

Our products are intended for ages 7 and up. Anyone under 18 should use them under adult supervision, and their orders must be placed or approved by a parent or guardian.

Products labelled for sealed-bag use must only be played with through the sealed bag. Do not open the bag or touch the filling directly. Stop use if the bag breaks or leaks.

Please follow the specific instructions provided with each product. Age guidance and adult supervision do not replace product-specific safety precautions.

Accounts and Orders

Please provide accurate account, contact and delivery details, and keep your login information secure.

Please create an account before placing an order through our website. We will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and provide payment instructions.

Submitting an order does not mean it has been accepted. We will confirm acceptance and the agreed dispatch arrangements with you.

Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Shipping fees and applicable discounts will be displayed or confirmed before payment.

Payment is arranged using a DuitNow QR code provided through WhatsApp. Please pay only using payment details provided through our official contact channel. We will prepare your order after verifying receipt of payment.

If a pricing error or product availability issue is discovered, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected arrangements or cancel the affected item and receive a refund of the amount paid for that item.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available within West Malaysia only. Pickup is also available by prior appointment.

Please refer to our Shipping and Pickup Policy for minimum order amounts, shipping fees, pickup discounts and dispatch arrangements.

Returns and Order Changes

Refunds, returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable Malaysian law.

Please contact us promptly if you need to change your order details. All changes require our confirmation.

Zuperli’s logo, character artwork, photographs and original website content belong to Zuperli or their respective rights holders. Please obtain the relevant permission before reproducing or using them commercially.

We remain responsible for obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms do not remove your legal rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.
